Personal License and Authorized Usage

In purchasing AnnaAspnesDesigns you are granted license to use the material for your personal purposes only. The following conditions apply:

You may not redistribute or resell material individually or as part of a collection.
You may not claim any material or its derivatives as your own work.
You may not use AnnaAspnesDesigns for any pornographic, racial or other offensive purposes.
You may incorporate material into your own original work for publication and display in printed media, including those for profit, on condition that due credit is provided to AnnaAspnesDesigns at www.annaaspnesdesigns.com.
You may create original artwork as gifts for others on condition that profit is not sought and that credit is provided to AnnaAspnesDesigns at www.annaaspnesdesigns.com.
You may create original artwork for profit on condition that all proceeds are for the benefit of charitable causes.

Photographer, S4O (Scrapbook for Others)/Scrap 4 Hire and commercial licenses are available for additional fees. Licenses for commercial use are granted on a case-by-case basis. Limited Commercial License and Authorized Usage

A single-user, limited commercial license must be purchased for each digital scrapbooking product which is to be used in a commercial capacity. It enables photographers, scrapbookers for hire (S4O/S4H) and web designers to use my digital scrapbooking products to create printed or albums/books, slideshows or web graphics for multiple clients. The following conditions apply:

You may use my digital scrapbooking products to create digital scrapbook pages, storyboards, embellished photographs, photo books (S4O/S4H/photographers) for your clients provided all digital files are delivered in a flattened file format.
You may use my digital scrapbooking products to create website graphics for your customers provided they are delivered at 72DPI resolution.
You may not repackage, resell or redistribute any of my digital scrapbooking products, in part or whole.
You may not use my digital scrapbooking products to create and resell or redistribute derivatives or altered versions of my digital scrapbooking products.
You may not use my digital scrapbooking products to make other commercial use products.
You may not use my digital scrapbooking products to make free products or products you intend to give away.
You may not claim any material or its derivatives as your own work. Credit to Anna Aspnes or AnnaAspnesDesigns in your TOU is not required but would be appreciated.
You may not use AnnaAspnesDesigns for any pornographic, racial or other offensive purposes.

It enables photographers, scrapbookers for hire (S4O/S4H), website designers and digital designers to use my BrushSets to create products for direct resale to their customers. The following conditions apply:

You may use my BrushSets as a tool to create digital scrapbooking papers, elements, and flattened quick pages or photobooks, for direct resale to your customers.
You may use my BrushSets as a tool to create overlays, transfers and clipping masks provided these products are in compliance with this TOU.
You may use my BrushSets to create website graphics for your customers provided they are delivered at 72DPI resolution.
You may use my BrushSets to create digital scrapbook pages, storyboards, photo books (S4O/S4H/photographers) and other digital designs for your clients provided all digital files are delivered in a flattened file format.
You may not repackage, resell or redistribute any of my brushes or BrushSets, in part or whole, in BrushSet (.abr and .png) or template (.psd) format.
You may not resell or redistribute derivatives or altered versions of my original brushes in BrushSet (.abr and .png) or template (.psd) format.
You may not use my brushes or BrushSets to make other commercial use products.
You may not use my brushes or BrushSets to make free products or products you intend to give away.
You may not claim any material or its derivatives as your own work. Credit to Anna Aspnes or AnnaAspnesDesigns in your TOU is not required but would be appreciated.
You may not use AnnaAspnesDesigns for any pornographic, racial or other offensive purposes.
